Job Role/Description:

• Develop Policies and Procedures

• Develop tool kits to enable leaders to manage absence, disciplinary, grievance and other HR issues

• Deliver accurate HR advice to independent companies

• Working directly with clients to provide solutions and advise on various HR issues

 

Ideal Candidate Skillset:

Essential

• CIPD (or similar) qualified

• A strong working knowledge of employment legislation

• Ability and desire to manage own workload and complete all aspects of role with minimal guidance from Directors

• Ability to use change management techniques to develop and/or implement initiatives to support a step change in business results

• Clean driving licence – with the ability and willingness to travel nationally

• Demonstratable commercial acumen

• Demonstratable analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make recommendations for action based on analysis

Desirable:

• Project Management experience

• Strong team management experience

• Excellent IT Skills – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
