Duties and Responsibilities:
· Service and Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients
· Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visits
· Attending sites for urgent reactive works
· Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner
· Logging and submitting work reports electronically
· Ensuring high standards are always maintained and procedures adhered to
Person Specification
. Essential: IPAF Certification
· Essential: Full, clean Driving Licence
· Essential: Willingness to travel
· Desirable: At least two qualifications from; Gas, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical, Fabric
· Desirable: 3+ years' experience
. Desirable: PASMA Certification
· Desirable: Proficient with IT (work is issued and reports filed electronically)

Our client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their existing team of Engineers servicing commercial sites across the UK as part of their successful Facilities Management division. The team is spread regionally (North, Midlands and South and Southwest).
