Job Role/Description:-

• Plan and schedule Engineers’ work; booking visits in with relevant client sites• Quoting remedial works identified• Updating maintenance base and raising all renewal quotes• Assisting with production of RAMS; issuing and documenting PPE• Raising jobs, raising purchase orders and dealing with enquiries• Reviewing and processing Engineers’ reports• Handling inbound telephone calls/e-mails• General office/administrative support

 

Ideal Candidate Skillset:-

The ideal candidate must be experienced in Administration and would have a background in/a desire to work in a Mechanical and Engineering/Facilities Management setting. 

• Essential: 2+ years Administration experience

• Essential: Previous experience within a Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Management or Engineering/Maintenance company

• Essential: Strong IT and communication skills

• Desirable: BMS knowledge would be a huge advantage, but not essential

• Desirable: Experience in assisting with new operational system implementation
