Job Role/Description:-

• Liaise with Office Staff and on-site Engineers to determine material requirements• Ensure that materials and plant hire are delivered as scheduled• Raising Purchase Orders• Maintain relationships with suppliers to maximise company performance• Assist with the re-categorising of stock• Assist with supplier invoice queries• General administrative tasks

 

Ideal Candidate Skillset:-

The ideal candidate must be able to work well with others in a team but also under their own initiative, and deal well with time-critical workloads and taking on increased responsibility. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be highly-organised.

• Essential: Experience within Electrical Contracting/Electrical Wholesale• Essential: Strong IT skills• Essential: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)• Desirable: Experience in a Purchasing role• Desirable: Experience in an Administrative role• Desirable: 2 or more years’ experience in relevant roles
